YONECO organized a two-day meeting on humanitarian response that we organized for various stakeholders in Blantyre district. The meeting has been organized under Strengthening Child Protection and Accountability to Affected Populations which YONECO is implementing with funding from UNICEF. The project has been introduced to strengthen protection services for women and children in the areas that were affected by Cyclone Freddy This project aims to enhance protection services for women and children in the areas affected by Cyclone Freddy, which caused great damage in some districts across the southern region of Malawi earlier this year.
